How much does the selection of efficient prior contributes? How do we not see that it’s not the ‘refinement’ of prior that is happening but something more free, something more evolutionary?

It’s interesting to realise that a frequent reminder of convergence rate can lead to a situation of no convergence at all. A situation when all tha rates collapse.
