It takes only a matrix to define the behaviour of a Markov Process. How it evolves. A single entry is enough to determine how state evolution occurs. Does something prevent this dynamics to evolve?
Should it?
A control algorithm is as much efficient and meaningful as the origin of control problem itself. Beyond it, an MDP and an MP don’t have any difference.
It’s interesting how an algorithm needs to be invented just so that it can be aware of its own limitations.
I wish a markov process in the context of us, humans, didn’t have that component which makes its own evolution so much spread out.
