Eureka!

I’m currently an MTech(research) student in Cyber-physical systems at EECS division, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and I work in Control, learning, and Optimization theory in Prof. Vaibhav Katewa’s group.

Prior to this, I graduated from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur in May 2023, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

In my 4th year, I also worked on developing deep-learning based numerical schemes for Hyperbolic PDEs in Prof. Praveen Chandrashekar’s group at TIFR-CAM.

I’m currently interested and working on problems at the intersection of control theory and online learning. Specifically, I’m interested in how learning theory and control theory can be bridged efficiently using tools from statistical learning, information theory, Probability theory, etc in order to make good decisions for controlling dynamical systems. I also love to learn about how human brain works and how to formulate good mathematical models for it!
